Mikala had her end of the year concert last week. It was actually very good. These kids have worked very hard to play some really tough music. It was all Disney inspired so it was a lot of fun. They played Pirates of the Carribean and The Sorcerers Apprentice at the end - pretty amazing. Here is a picture of Mikala and one of her friends.

I wish I could have heard it!! I am sure Mikala did amazing just like everything else she does. I love that girl!
Flashback . . . I remember all of the concerts that I was in when I played the violin (4th grade to Freshman in college). I loved it, but didn't like the practicing at the beginning. Great picture Mikala
What a beautiful girl she is. I can't believe how grown up she looks. Tell her to keep at it! Oh and to learn "The Devil Went Down to Georgia"!
OOOOH! I am so sad that I wasn't there to see her play! Next time you guys come down have her bring her violin so she can play for us all. Mikala I am so jealous! I would LOVE to be able to play that violin!
Every time I see a picture of Mikala, I am taken back, because she is looking so mature! I guess they do that- growing up and all!!
What a sweet girl and I would love to hear that violin!!
Maybe she could do a little Arizona concert the next time your here!!
