MUSIC PROFESSOR

For those of you who know me really well, know of my love for music. It is one thing that lifts me up when I am having a bad day. It creates happiness, love and harmony in my home. A song with a good beat can make my spirits fly. My love of music extends from Queen to Josh Groban, from Barry Manilow to Billy Joel. If you ever hear a good song that you think I would like, please let me know. I would love to know what your ALL time favortie song is. Please post a comment with your favorite. For me - I could never choose. I have so many. SING, SING A SONG!

Music IS fantastic!! I don't have a favorite either. However, I mostly listen to talk radio anyway. My favorite is Dennis Prager :) Not exactly what you were looking for was it??

I can't believe all that snow. I think I might just hibernate through the winter. 5 months of sleep sounds pretty great right now.

Gabbi is just too adorable in that picture. You have definetly got some cute kids on your hands. Call me sometime when you get a minute. LOVES!

You know me, I can't go anywhere without having the radio on. My music span includes all yours plus my alternative Kristen's trash that you hate! :o) But I agree music can do many things from making you feel happy, helping your out if you are frustrated, and bringing the Spirit into your home...

I don't know what my favorite ALL-TIME song would be. But my favorite song RIGHT NOW is Brad Paisley, she's everything. Aaron has dedicated it to me....ahhh. Here's a taste-
She's a yellow pair of running shoes,
A holey pair of jeans.
She's I want a piece of chocolate,
Take me to a movie.
She's I can't find a thing to wear,
Now and then she's moody.
She's a warm conversation
That I wouldn't miss for nothing.
She's a fighter when she's mad,
And she's a lover when she's loving.
She's a Saturday out on the town,
And a church girl on Sunday.
She's a cross around her neck,
And a cuss word 'cause its Monday.

Sorry to say- but it's about me!! I never cuss, but when I'm mad, you never know

Like you, I simply could never choose a favorite! However, I absolutely love Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini!!

Go on YOUtube and search it by the title listed above, then listen to the 5 Browns(they are from Alpine), and also listen to Pletnev. (His is listed as Rachmaninov Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini-iii.)

Let me know what you think, and then tell me if you know what movie the music is used in!

It is an incredibly moving piece of music!
ENJOY!
