SHE'S DONE IT AGAIN!

This time she has made me love the aliens. I don't know how she does it but she has captured my attention again from beginning to end. I could not put this book down. I hope everyone of you read it so we can have an open forum. I think you will like this one Rachel . . . Stephenie Meyer is my hero. I hope she continues to write and capture all that strangeness that goes on in her head - HOW DOES SHE COME UP WITH THIS STUFF! I loved it - loved it, loved it, LOVED IT! Be prepared to concentrate though - at least for me - it was kind of deep.

Sounds good. I now have a very long reading list (thanks to Kristen) and now will need to add this one. I have to finish a boring one (The Appeal) and maybe I'll move this book to the top of the list

Lori, just bag the Appeal. I did. That will be the second John Grisham in a row that I haven't finished and I will not be purchasing the next one. I am a little ticked, because I spent my Christmas gift card on that. grrr... I will have to give it a try Maren...even if it is just for lively discussion.

And I didn't HATE her other series. It was entertaining. I just don't understand the obsession on something that is so utterly unrealistic and unbelievable...and I am not talking about the vampire part.

I'm two-thirds the way through, and it's getting sooooo good! When I first started I thought it was just plain WIERD but now I'm really into it and I really hope it ends well for Melanie/Wanderer/Wanda & the humans . It needs to end well or I'll be so depressed (it is a little depressing, don't ya think?) I'm with you, though...it's a real page turner and I imagine I'll be done in the wee hours of tomorrow morning. Hooray for Stephanie Meyer!!

It is well worth the investment - at least for me - I enjoyed it a lot. I am going to read it again to catch all the stuff that I missed.

OK you inspired me, I just bought it. I'll let you know what I think. The first few pages are little strange.

Maren,
I've enjoyed reading your blog via Stacy and Keisha. I've tried to get this book since Monday, but it's been sold out everywhere. I'm going to try Borders tonight. I'm glad to hear it's good. You're the first person I know that has finished it. I'll let you know. Lisa

Jamie and I just bought it at Target! They were all out on the display so we had the guy go dig around in the back for like ten minutes and he came out the conquering hero!!! I'll let you know in a couple of days what I think...
